A number looks wrong
This one goes to the front of the queue. If a saponification value or fatty acid profile is off, every recipe using that oil is off with it. Tell me the oil, what the app shows, what you believe is correct, and where that figure comes from.
Email about this →An oil is missing
There are 150 oils in the database and the world has more. Send the name and, if you have it, the saponification value and where you found it. Anything with a verifiable source can be added quickly.
Email about this →A recipe worth sharing
Recipes in the library are starting points other people build from, so the bar is that it works and that it teaches something. Export it from Backup & Sharing and attach the file, or just paste the oils and percentages.
Email about this →A video or guide to add
The Learn page collects tutorials that are genuinely good rather than merely popular. Send a link and a line about why it earned its place.
Email about this →Something is broken
Include your browser and what you were doing. If a recipe is involved, exporting it and attaching the file makes it far easier to reproduce.
Email about this →Anything else
Ideas, corrections to the writing, or just to say a recipe worked out.
Email about this →What I can't help with
I can't tell you whether a specific batch is safe to use, diagnose a soap that went wrong from a description, or give advice about selling soap where you live. Those need someone who can see the bar, and in the last case, someone who knows your jurisdiction.
If a batch has you worried, the soap making forums have people with decades of experience and photos to compare against. That's a better first stop than my inbox.
Replies come when they come. This is a labor of love, not a business. Corrections to the numbers always get answered first.
